First recruiting fair after two years of waiting

After more than two years of waiting for the Connecticum in Berlin, the time had finally come at the end of November 2022. Together with the Corporate Applications department led by team leader Carsten and service manager Anica, the Communication & Marketing team was on site for two days in the exhibition halls of Berlin at the recruiting fair for young professionals and IT graduates and stepped on the gas.

Alongside more than 100 exhibitors from business, industry and IT, our team generated a lot of enthusiasm among the fair visitors and went full throttle in marketing our job offers. We approached a lot of international candidates with our stand and had many good conversations with potential applicants.

Many of the visitors also linked up with us directly via LinkedIn to keep in touch. Now the coming weeks will show how many of the conversations we had will result in future hires at VWGIS.
