We are very pleased to welcome our new apprentices and dual students!
The Welcome Day marked the beginning of a two-week onboarding program at the Wolfsburg site, during which our new talents not only took their first steps into professional life but also laid many important foundations for a successful start.
In close collaboration with the works council and with the active support of our senior apprentices – who acted as mentors – a wide range of topics were covered in a hands-on manner, including safety instructions, setting up work equipment, using training channels, and networking with trainers.
The EFA assessment was particularly exciting.
Using role-playing exercises, typical workplace scenarios were acted out and jointly reflected upon.

In a relaxed atmosphere, there were plenty of opportunities to get to know one another – whether through conversations during breaks or at the popular crêpes stand, which quickly became the social hub.
We are truly delighted to have our new young talents on board and wish all four of them great success, joy, and exciting experiences on their journey with us.
